Dogs, puppies and fur-babies are often seen as an extension to the family. A dog can be your best friend, your walking companion or just like having a kid without the whining. In the East it is not unusual to see a dog-walker looking after about 10 dogs at once. This can be due to people living in units with no gardens for their dogs to roam, or for the executives who love having a dog, but just don't have the time to get them out.
