3. Inspection time – once a shortlist of favourites is ear-marked, we can inspect the properties together or we’ll inspect on your behalf and provide an extensive inspection video report

4. The important bits – due diligence, searches and detailed stuff like building and pest inspections, contract reviews and more. Yes, we do all that

5. The Negotiators – Once we’ve helped you find ‘the one’, we use our expert negotiation skills and auction strategies to make it yours.
