With a record number of sunny days our development of semi's has been at full steam ahead. Once the excavation and concrete slab were complete, the next phase of going up has been a much simpler process.

You might have noticed this Great Wall of Rose Bay. An interesting choice by our builders to achieve the best result for the party wall.

Next steps were to prepare for our formed concrete wall - a feature for the front of the house.

The formed concrete has a beautiful texture and finish!

And last week the timber framework has started to create spaces which allows us to see the size and height of the living space.
