Case Study 1 | Hong Kong Expats
The Details
After returning to Sydney from Hong Kong and trying to find a home, this family were frustrated that they were not seeing all the properties available.
Being time poor and frustrated they engaged Nicky and Mark from BuyEast to assist them with their search. Their brief was to find their forever home. With the location brief quite flexible, we searched from Vaucluse to North Randwick to find a house that was centrally located to work and private schools, in walking distance of amenities and had a leafy outlook.
Over 40 properties were inspected, and a handful were shortlisted. The Queens Park home was a definite favourite. Our clients were the only buyers to inspect the property which was totally off-market. It ticked all their requirements plus more.

The Details
