Our clients were a growing young family who needed more space. Ideally they wanted to be in walking distance to Bondi Junction, and the beach in a central location. After inspecting several properties on and off-market, Mark and Nicky secured this large semi at auction. It was secured for $150,000 less then a previous offer which had been made on the property a couple of months prior.
