Original house purchased in Rose Bay. Our aim for this site was to develop 2 semi-detached dwellings.

Demolition in action - The discovery of asbestos! Although the original house did not contain asbestos, the excavators discovered some underneath the original concrete slabs. This discovery added time and money to the demolition.

Excavation and piering - With foundation similar to the sand at Bondi Beach, engineers had determined that our site would need some serious contiguous piering and screw piles.

Concrete pouring - Finally we can see some construction starting. With approximately 40 concrete trucks - this is some solid foundation work.
